😊 Introduction

For generations, we were told that to succeed we had to leave our villages behind.

At Rooral, we believe the opposite is also true: that by returning to rural life, we rediscover a different type of success.

Every year, people from different corners of the world arrive as strangers and leave as part of something larger: a community woven between mountains, old traditions, shared meals, and deep conversations. The village, in turn, grows richer with every encounter.

To support colivers experience, ****we’re looking for someone who is driven by this mission and is ****great at Operations, blending hospitality, events and community.

If you’re someone who is nourished by volunteer work, inspired by rural rhythms and excited to create bridges between people and places, we’d love to meet you.

🧑🏽‍🌾 Core Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the community
• Welcome colivers and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere
• Facilitate & help organise events and activities
• Harvest active relationships with the village and local institutions. Act as a “bridge-builder” between guests and locals to foster authentic connection.
• Support where is needed (a resident connect with locals, help with the shoping, decorate a space, document a process…)

🎯 Required Profile

• Available to live in Benarrabá during the season (April 12th to July 7th)
• Strong operations skills & people skills.
