🙋 Community Lead Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as Community lead from Mid March to mid July, contributing 20-25 hours per week in exchange for a memorable Rooral Stay and being part of the team.

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Rooralists live a smooth, meaningful and regenerative experience 😊

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Facilitating Connections: Help Rooralists settle in, connect with both the remote work environment and the local community, and have a grounding and expanding stay. This includes leading check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinating Activities: Lead the agenda and coordinate spaces, workshops, activities and cleaning to ensure everything runs smoothly (Cleaning is done by local people).
• Enhancing the Experience: Work to create a welcoming atmosphere and support a fulfilling stay for all participants. Also support with the preparation of the houses and spaces, refilling stock and packing up.
• Dedicating around 20-25 hours a week, with flexible agenda.
